Who operates this service
Swift Flow Digital operates the Scotch Cask Insights website, enquiry workflow and related Meta/Facebook developer tools. For privacy matters, contact privacy@swiftflowdigital.com.
Information we may access
When the Meta/Facebook workflow is used to manage the authorized Page, it may access the list of Pages managed by the authorized account, basic Page information, Page posts and photos, publishing status, related Page engagement information, and technical identifiers returned after a Page post or photo is created.
Why it is used
This information is used to publish approved Page content, confirm that content was created, check relevant publishing status, help prevent duplicate publication, and keep operational records for reliability and compliance.
Meta permissions
The workflow may use pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, and pages_read_engagement solely for the activities described above.
Website enquiries
If you email us or choose to make an enquiry, we use the information you provide to respond to that enquiry and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell personal data.
Security and retention
Access tokens are treated as confidential and are not published. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, or legitimate operational records.
